De CIP-slangenpomp is speciaal ontwikkeld voor de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. Er is een slimme constructie bedacht voor het intrekken van de verdringerschoenen. Zo kan de gecertificeerde FDA-slang tijdens CIP eenvoudig en goed te gereinigd worden. 

Het nieuwe, gepatenteerde pompwiel is zo ontworpen dat wanneer van draairichting wordt veranderd, beide verdringerschoenen de slang niet indrukken. Hierdoor heeft de slang een volledige doorlaat die bij CIP-reiniging benodigd is.

Het ontwerp is simpel en bestaat uit slechts een aantal bewegende delen en vereist daarom een minimum aan onderhoud.

In de hygiënische industrie worden CIP-slangenpompen ingezet voor het verpompen van producten met deeltjes die niet mogen beschadigen. Tevens heeft de slangenpomp het voordeel dat deze geen asafdichting heeft en zelfaanzuigend is, en dus lucht kan verpompen. Hierdoor is de pomp in staat de zuigleiding te ontdoen van lucht én in staat product aan te zuigen zonder dat de pomp gevuld is.

Droogdraaien is toegestaan aangezien de slang gesmeerd en gekoeld wordt in het pomphuis.

Voordelen:

• Geen asafdichting
• Perfecte doseerpomp, de pomp heeft nauwelijks interne verliezen
• Perfect voor het verpompen van slijtende abrasieve producten
• Perfect voor het verpompen van producten met vaste delen die niet mogen beschadigen

• De slang kan kapot gaan. Een oplossing is om de standtijd te meten, waardoor de slang tijdig preventief vervangen kan worden

The DCX3 adjustable changeover relief valve combines safety and accuracy thanks to its finely adjustable system. A predefined pressure enables load to be shed from the main circuit to protect certain components or circuits. This valve is suitable for viscous, charged or abrasive fluids (detergent or steriliser).

Draaizuigerpompen worden soms verward met lobbenpompen. Draaizuigerpompen zijn robuust en betrouwbaar en hebben zeer goede pompeigenschappen. Helaas kunnen deze pompen aan de hedendaagse reinigingseisen niet voldoen. Dit komt door de grote dode ruimten. Voor een goede reiniging is men eigenlijk verplicht het pompdeksel en de draaizuigers volledig te demonteren. Ampco Pumps heeft daarom de ZP3 ontwikkeld. De ZP3 is namelijk voorzien van een EHEDG-certificaat.

Het begint allemaal bij een grondige reiniging. Een goede CIP-reiniging is essentieel om micro-biologische vervuiling en contaminatie te voorkomen. Dit is dus van groot belang om voedselveiligheid en houdbaarheid te kunnen garanderen.

Met de komst van Ampco Pumps ZP3 draaizuigerpompen is het gelukkig nu wél mogelijk om aan de strenge hygiënische eisen te voldoen. Om de draaizuigerpomp EHEDG gecertificeerd te krijgen, heeft Ampco de seals in de ZP3 volledig geïntegreerd in de draaizuigers en zijn essentiële aanpassingen gedaan aan het pompdeksel. De positieve pompeigenschappen zijn behouden.

Uw kunt uw huidige pompen upgraden als deze van het merk Waukesha type Universal 1 en 2 en Wright, type TRA10 en 20 zijn. Omdat Ampco Pumps ZP pompen en onderdelen een-op-een uitwisselbaar zijn, is een update gemakkelijk zelf uit te voeren.
