The scrapeable mixproof valve VDCI MC complies with the industrial requirements of the process industries and their economic and environmental concerns.
This technology combines the advantages of mixproof valve technology and those of the scraping systems.

De robuuste, dikwandige afsluiterhuizen zijn vervaardigd uit volmateriaal. Nadat alle bewerkingen zijn gedaan, worden deze in een vacuümoven ontlaten zodat deze volledig spanningloos zijn. Ze zullen dus niet scheuren bij extreme procesomstandigheden. De afsluiters zijn verkrijgbaar in 21 verschillende huiscombinaties, te configureren in de maatvoering DN40 t/m DN125.

Het reinigen van de kleppluggen en klepzittingen wordt gedaan tijdens de standaard reinigingsprocedure door de seatlift te activeren. De VDCI is standaard voorzien van een onderste gebalanceerde klepplug. Dit is om te voorkomen dat bij drukpieken in het onderhuis de afsluiter open kan gaan.
